Transport with it’s character

It’s already been some time with u2 mini so I can say how it performs. People often say that transports have no it’s own character. I can’t agree. I’ve tested couple of them with the same dac and the rest of my system. Some sounded analytical, bright and some completely different. U2 mini sounds amazingly smooth, never harsh or bright. It has a lot of detail but I can’t say it’s analytical like for example SOtM ultra neo I’ve tested. Lumin is a lash sounding player with more rounded, natural, soft, non fatiguing style. Sibilants never irritate my ears. I’d call it analog sounding product. If need to compare to SOtM , the u2 mini is like comfy SUV car and SOtM like a fast sports car . If you want to relax after the whole week go for Lumin if you want to analyse deeply your songs then you may like SOtM more. Highly recommend.

'In Stock' items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

We use DPD Local 'Next Day Service' for most UK deliveries. Orders sent via 'DPD Local - Next Day Service' will be fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery timeslot on the day of delivery. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday.

Saturday delivery can be selected at checkout for £19.95.

Small items and LP's may be sent using Royal Mail.
