Original Technology, Special Attention
Peel-coat circuit boards are used for the main audio signal path, eliminating the negative effects of the coating film that can adversely affect sound quality. Unique attention has been paid to every detail, such as the beeline construction, which configures circuits to take the shortest route possible, and a non-angled wiring pattern for smooth signal transmission.
Low-Impedance Transmission
Large, low resistance speaker relays are connected in parallel to transmit the driving force from the substantial power supply and output circuitry. Internal, 3.5mm2 ultra-thick cable is directly connected to the speaker terminals to ensure low impedance transmission, achieving a damping factor of 330 (current injection method).
Luxman L-509Z VU Meters
Needle-movement type analogue VU meters are a traditional design statement, proudly characterizing LUXMANs solid state integrated amplifiers. The L-509Z is equipped with two large meters, brightly back-lit by LEDs, with sensitive response characteristics. The newly included 7-segment LED display in between the left and right level meters displays the current attenuation amount and is easily visible from the listening position.
Luxman L-509Z High End Headphone Amplifier
In addition to the 6.3mm standard terminal, a 4.4mm terminal with independent left and right grounding has been added for pleasurable headphone enjoyment. Using balanced cable equipped headphones improves L-R separation and localization, surrounding the listener with gorgeous three-dimensional sound.

ADVANCED DIGITAL CIRCUIT THAT REPRODUCES ALL MEDIA WITH HIGH SOUND QUALITY
Following the flagship model D-10X, ROHM's top-end DAC chip BD34301EKV is at the core of the digital circuitry that processes various digital media with high quality, from discs such as CDs and SACDs to the latest high-format files. Equipped with a dual monaural configuration.
Bulk Pet supports a wide range of formats up to 768kHz/32bit PCM and 22.4MHz DSD for USB input from PCs, Macs, audio-dedicated NAS, etc., and uses dedicated driver software to level the transmission load and achieve high sound quality.

The NT-07 is LUXMAN's first network transport product that enables playback of various digital sound sources transmitted over networks in a sophisticated operating environment.
The latest LUXMAN digital players (such as the D-10x) and D/A converters offer USB audio terminals that support digital input, allowing you to design an audio environment connected to a Windows PC or Mac over a single, high-quality USB audio cable, such as our JPU-150.
The NT-07 is equipped with a powerful audio signal processing module based on the latest generation of application processors, a thorough, audio focused noise suppression system, a dedicated control app compatible with smartphones and tablets, infrared remote control and a slender, full-size chassis that can easily integrate into any existing system.
This upgrade can realize a whole new world of listening enjoyment, configurable to suit the listeners tastes.
Sound sources can be selected from files stored on UPnP (Open Home) compatible network storage (NAS) or the latest music streaming service (Qobuz, Tidal, Spotify), etc.

Like all LUXMANs audio components, the NT-07 is designed with a high-quality audio focused approach. The power supply section is equipped with a large capacity, OI-type power transformer and a pair of custom made 10,000uF filter capacitors. Our typical, highly regulated power supply circuitry boasts high noise suppression and stability.
Stylish enclosure with high-definition organic EL display
The NT-07s USB subsystem supports the sampling frequencies, up to 768kHz/32bit for PCM files and 22.5MHz/1bit DSD data, and the optical/coaxial output achieves 192kHz/24bit PCM reproduction. There is also a built-in core decoding function for MQA format sound sources with three selectable modes, off, core decoding and pass-through, according to the connected D/A converter. The centre of the front panel is equipped with a large, easy-to-read, high-definition EL display, conveying a variety of information such as the name of the song being played, artist name, elapsed time and the audio format of these selected source data.
Simple server function with full-fledged audio dedicated NAS and USB
Compatible with the OpenHome standard, the NT-07 can read sound source data stored on a dedicated music server or network attached storage (NAS), with supreme quality playback. By choosing an NAS with noise suppression and enhanced linear power supply, such as Melco Syncrets DELA which was developed as an audio device, or I-O DATA Equipments fidata, you can achieve even higher quality and convenience when accessing high resolution audio data. In addition, we have equipped the NT-07 with USB terminals on the front and rear (exclusive use of either) that allows you to connect USB drivers containing audio data without building a network environment.
High-quality streaming service allow you to freely enjoy a huge amount of music data
A subscription-type music streaming service that allows the listener access to nearly 100 million pieces of music for a fixed monthly fee. The NT-07 has a rich line-up of high-resolution source options and is compatible with Qobuz and TIDAL, which are integrated with the dedicated LUXMAN Stream app and Spotify, which has large number of users and algorithm recommendation functions. It also supports Tune-In, which allows you to listen to internet radio and podcast programs from around the word for free.
Dedicated app and infrared remote control provide a sophisticated operating environment
LUXMAN Stream is a free control app exclusively for the NT-07 that allows you to operate a variety of functions on a sophisticated screen. A dedicated interface is provided for each smartphone and tablet, allowing you to select audio sources, create playlists and configure various settings for the device. Also included is an aluminium infrared remote control that allows you to perform major operations without launching the app. You can also control the playback of LUXMAN disc players and the volume of an integrated/control amplifier. It is also equipped with control input/output terminals that link remote control operations between compatible devices.
HDMI input/output terminals also enable digital audio import from video sources
The NT-07 has an HDMI input for digital audio signals from Blu-ray players, game consoles, etc. as a means of importing audio from video sources into a 2-channel audio environment with ARC support that can also play audio from a connected TV. The HDMI output terminal provides 2-channel playback with 192kHz/24bit PCM encoding. By adding the NT-07, you can easily create a high-quality living audio system that can be used with any source, from network-based sound sources to live video and movie viewing, without disrupting your established listening style or existing system configuration.
Supports multiple network playback options including Roon and resampling functions
The NT-07 is scheduled to be compatible as an output device (Roon Ready) for the popular comprehensive music playback software Roon (certification underway as of March 2024). By specifying the NT-07 as the output destination, cast playback is also possible using Apple devices (iPhone/iPad/Mac) or Windows PCs. In addition, our intelligent resampling function matches the sampling frequency and bit depth supported by your connected D/A converter and supports each format from 44.1kHz to 384kHz for PCM data. Individual up/down sampling settings are now possible.

New tonearm with knife edge bearing
The PD-151 MARK-II has been newly equipped with LUXMANs original static balance type tone arm, the LTA-309, featuring knife edge bearing technology developed by the Japanese brand SAEC, with over 40 years of experience. The arm base is machined aluminum, which minimizes the contact area, mounted to suppress unwanted vibration while ensuring rigidity.
In addition to basic adjustment mechanisms, such as stylus pressure and anti-skating, LTA-309 also supports fine settings to optimize playback quality, such as arm height adjustment, according to the mounted cartridge. This S-shaped tonearm employs an H4 bayonet mount headshell, allowing easy install of phono cartridges, such as the LUXMAN LMC-5.
New High precision/ High torque proprietary DC motor
The purity of musical pitch depends entirely on the stability of platter rotation. Thats why LUXMAN engineers went to extraordinary lengths. We start with our unique sine wave/Pulse Width Modulation power supply, which provides ultra-stable direct current to our proprietary DC brushless motor.
Years in development, this low-speed high-torque motor incorporates low-acoustic noise bearings and internal construction. The drive system monitors and maintains speed with our Proportional-Integral-Differential (PID) feedback control loop. Proportional means quick achievement of target speed. Integral means fast correction of minor errors. And Differential means control over rapid fluctuations.
For added precision, the motor drives the outside flange of the platter through an uncommonly wide belt for stable 33 , 45 and 78 RPM playback speeds with +/-6% manual pitch control adjustment available.
High-Mass platter and highly rigid stainless-steel spindle
LUXMAN engineers were determined to optimize the final guarantor of stable speed; the platter assembly itself. PD-151 MARK II has a 4.0kg platter precision machined from a thick aluminum billet then diamond-cut finished to exact surfaces.
The platter acts as a flywheel, with a large moment of inertia (0.219t·cm ) to insure smooth and stable rotation. The spindle supporting the platter is a highly rigid, 16mm diameter, hard stainless-steel shaft with bearings at the lower end.
It comfortably supports the platter weight with a bearing structure that combines a thrust bearing lubricated with PEEK* material, with excellent heat and wear resistance, and a brass radial bearing filled with organic molybdenum oil that maintains excellent lubricity under high load. A turntable mat of special vibration-absorbing rubber material is included to support vinyl records during playback
LUXMAN exterior design pursuing functional beauty
PD-151 MARK II inherits the highly praised LUXMAN exterior design and operational layout of our previous model PD-151A.
The top panel, made from 10mm thick aluminum with its delicate hairline finish, pursues simplicity and functional beauty with a component layout narrowed down to only the three major analog player elements; the tone arm, drive motor and platter.
The operational controls, such as power switch, motor (rotation) ON/OFF switch, rotation speed changeover switch, indicators, etc. are all integrated into PD-151 MARK II front panel. While achieving both highly intuitive operability and visibility, the exquisite aluminum top panel combines with the matte black lower housing to create profound visual contrast.
Sold separately is an available and highly recommended, purpose built 4mm thick acrylic dust cover, equipped with cam/spring supporting hinges for easy opening and smooth closure.
