The Silver Hybrid E external tonearm cable consists of a mix of Silver and Copper strands that yield the best sonic balance. Tonally, copper tends to produce more warmth and deeper bass than Silver but Silver has a wonderful transparency and sweet top end. The combination of these two high conductivity materials produce the best of both worlds. The effect is far superior to silver plated copper. There are some, who understandably think that Silver can sound slightly harsh and edgy. However this is more to do with the way the material is annealed than the material itself and you will never observe any hint of a bright, edgy sound in our cables. Instead, they are remarkably smooth, dynamic, transparent, tonaly accurate and fast.
