Plixir ELEMENTA AC Power Cable, our entry level AC power cable.

We have had many requests from customers looking for a value-for-money AC power cable as a significant upgrade to their standrad power cables.

With this in mind, we focused our efforts to design a cable that will satisfy this requirement: To provide an extremely high performing power cable for entry level equipment, that is designed to improve the performance of this equipment.

Technology & Craft

Using very pure Virgin Copper conductors (copper materials from the mines, not recycled), PLiXiR engineers focused on an efficient topology that will provide a low impedance path for optimal current delivery, while providing excellent noise rejection (with a 100% foil shield coverage).

Upon using the ELEMENTA AC power cable, you will find a drop in background noise levels. More details will be apparent without straining to hear them.

Music and voices are less harsh and the music takes on a more analogue quality.

Bass notes will be more clearly defined and an increased in PRaT is apparent. Even Home Theater will benefit with naturally sharper and clearer pictures.

Effective Audio Mod started in 2003 as a hobbyist’s pursuit to express his love of DIY audio. He is very intrigued by the process of getting the best performance from fundamentally well-designed equipment. In 2014, James designed and created the PLiXiR brand of AC and DC power products and accessories. The purpose is to provide unique, timeless, high performance and cost effective power products for hifi use. It has since become a popular brand in Singapore and is now distributed overseas, a first for Hifi power products in Singapore.

Delivery Information

Delivery is free for all orders over £250.

'In Stock' items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

We use DPD Local 'Next Day Service' for most UK deliveries. Orders sent via 'DPD Local - Next Day Service' will be fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery timeslot on the day of delivery. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday.

Saturday delivery can be selected at checkout for £19.95.

Small items and LP's may be sent using Royal Mail.

Large/heavy items may be sent using TNT Express.

Occasionally, due to stock demand, we can sell out. If this occurs when you make a purchase, we will inform you quickly. Most out of stock items are available for dispatch within 3 working days. If your purchase is urgent, please contact us to check availability.
