If you find an identical item cheaper from one of our online competitors, tell us and not only will we match the price, we'll beat it by 10% of the difference - terms and conditions apply*.

Example

AE have a product listed on the website at £5000.

A competitor has the identical* product listed at £4000.

We will offer the product to you at £3900.

*The following terms and conditions apply:

• Excludes all Origin Live products.
• Excludes all Degritter products.
• The product must be an identical UK model, brand new and in the original packaging and be available for immediate dispatch by both Audio Emotion and the online competitor.
• Our Price Promise only applies to products available for sale online by other UK authorised dealers, and does not apply to products sold in-store or via online auction sites such as eBay.
• Our Price Promise does not apply to open box or refurbished products or products that have been reduced as part of a sale, promotion, bundle deal, or multi buy offer.
• Our Price Promise does not apply when another UK authorised dealer has physical stock of an item which has been subject to a price increase, and they still have the "pre price increase" unit in stock - unless Audio Emotion also have the same "pre price increase" unit physically available, we will be unable to offer the Price Promise guarantee.
• When a Price Promise has been offered, we are unable to then also accept a trade-in item.
• When a Price Promise has been offered , we may not be able to offer a 0% Finance Option as well.
• Our Price Promise does not apply to vinyl sales.
• Price Promise requests must be made prior to purchase.
• We will need to verify our competitors price in order to match and beat it.
• This is an online offer only.
• We reserve the right to refuse any Price request which does not comply with our terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to withdraw our Price Promise offer without notice.
