The Phono Box RS is an ultra-low noise and distortion preamplifier made with the audio connoisseur in mind. With this in mind, it offers not only a breathtaking performance, but is also capable of being fine-tweaked to suit a wide variety of premium pick-up cartridges. In fact, the Phono Box RS has a unique variable impedance control on the front panel.

At this price point, however, the usual price to be paid is some grain, brightness or sizzle, all of which the Phono Box RS does not produce.

Internally, the Phono Box RS uses only the finest available components throughout in dual-mono configuration - like the SSM2019 pre-amplifier module from Analog Devices on the input stages, and Linear Technology's LT1010 as a high current buffer stage - which allows for a very clean sound, free of unwanted noise. The Phono Box RS is then connected into a system via either RCA or XLR connectors, making it one of the most affordable high-end balanced phono stages on the market. Due to the very low output impedance of the phono stage, it is easy to pair with a wide variety of quality cables.

Delivery is free for all orders over £250.

'In Stock' items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

We use DPD Local 'Next Day Service' for most UK deliveries. Orders sent via 'DPD Local - Next Day Service' will be fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery timeslot on the day of delivery. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday.

Saturday delivery can be selected at checkout for £19.95.

Small items and LP's may be sent using Royal Mail.

Large/heavy items may be sent using TNT Express.
