Sinfonia Anniversary

The Sinfonia Anniversary is a special edition version of the Sinfonia integrated amplifier. Benefiting from the same superior design and build characteristics of the standard model, the Anniversary edition uses upgraded valves to enhance the sound performance more than ever before.

Built to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Unison Research, the Sinfonia Anniversary - like the Performance Anniversary above it - uses class-leading Gold Lion valves designed by Genalex. Since its initial introduction in 1957 by the Marconi-Osram Valve Company (Genalex), the Gold Lion KT88 has been widely considered to be the "King of Power Tubes", which is why their addition to the Sinfonia can improve the sound so dramatically. All Gold Lion valves are meticulously engineered to provide a lower noise floor, a broader frequency range and a larger more detailed sound-stage than many other valves on the market.

Visually, the Sinfonia Anniversary also stands out as unique thanks to it bronze top-plate, as opposed to the Sinfonia's usual stainless steel plate.

About the brand

Unison Research was founded in 1987 by a group of passionate audiophiles led by Giovanni Maria Sacchetti. Born in 1945, Giovanni Maria Sacchetti devoted himself at an early age to the study and design of hi-fi systems, combining his interest in electronics with a passion for music inherited from his father, an expert pianist. After completing his studies in electronics, he devoted twenty-five years to teaching while at the same time designing and developing amplifiers for Unison Research.

The first integrated amplifier he designed for Unison Research was the TRIODE20. Its successor, the SIMPLY TWO, was a key step forward in the company’s history—this legendary amplifier was instrumental in achieving great international success for Unison Research in a relatively short time.

Our experience has increased over the years, along with our continuing research of high performance and high quality standards. This has led Unison Research to both historical achievements and great value when it comes to the development of our products. Best of all, we have achieved this through a completely Italian operation…from design to production.

Unison Research is now recognized as the Italian leader in the production of tube amplifiers, and among the top ten in Europe.

Delivery Information

Delivery is free for all orders over £250.

'In Stock' items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

We use DPD Local 'Next Day Service' for most UK deliveries. Orders sent via 'DPD Local - Next Day Service' will be fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery timeslot on the day of delivery. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday.

Saturday delivery can be selected at checkout for £19.95.

Small items and LP's may be sent using Royal Mail.

Large/heavy items may be sent using TNT Express.
